Jan & March 2022 Upcycle Craft

Upcycle is back! At first we got to pick up kits to take home and do, but they soon discontinued that, so we're going in person again. We were the only ones there!

Jan - Decorative Paper Fan w/ scrapbooking paper, laminated strips, and ribbon yarn tassel w/ bead.

Paper Flowers (chrysanthemum?) & Tinted Glass Bottle (food coloring in Mod Podge)

 

I did the bottle & 1 flower. Mom made everything else!

 

Bonus (I made the top ribbon.)

Lantern Festival 2022

Mom made these pretty lucky lanterns.

 

 

She also made this lovely Luck sign for the Year of the Tiger for me.

 

Valentine's Day 2022

Been feeling depressed lately. Mom cheered me up w/ an adorable purple unicorn & mug! 

Won a TGCF Manhua Giveaway!!

Bond on Twitter (@headBONDmeLWJ) does so many giveaways for MDZS/The Untamed/TGCF, and after many months and RTs, I actually won one! Well, actually, my friend Aida (@preciousjiyoung) won, and she tagged me as a bonus winner (after I tagged her in my entry lol).

We both won the gorgeous TGCF manhua Vol 1 by MXTX & StarEmber, and it came with more beautiful postcards, bookmarks, and stickers. It is the most beautiful graphic novel I've ever seen!

 

Chinese New Year 2022

Another glorious feast by Mom! (I helped a little.) Lamb, brisket, chicken, duck lettuce wrap, pad thai, broccoli, cauliflower, seasoned rice, & chocolate cream cheese pie. Yum!

 

 

Bat-Pizza!

To promote the new Batman movie, Little Caesars came up with a Bat pepperoni pizza with calzone ends filled with ham and a rather intense alfredo sauce. Pretty good actually lol.

 

Sadly, the cheese pizza was 1/4 hollow dough bubble. :P (Complained & got a free one.)
