Kitties: 2 Years Old! - Happy 2nd Birthday!

2 years ago, a stray cat that R took in and named Hope gave birth to 6 kittens: 4 gray/brown tabbies, 1 black & white tuxedo, and 1 tiny black runt w/ tiny white toes. ^_^ Thanks for giving birth to these sweeties, Mammao.

 

We kept 3 kitties, while 3 of the tabbies found new homes, but we wish all of them a Happy 2nd Birthday! <3 Happy Birthday to Fred/Tiger, Love/Reinette, and Toes/Luna.

And Happy Birthday, precious babies, to our wise eldest sister and comfort cat Georgie, our hyperactive but sweet Oreo cookie, and our runt-no-more li'l fat panther Ping(ky). <3 We love you!! Thank you for bringing so much love and joy to our lives. <3

Birthday Breakfast: canned chicken/veggie/gravy, mixed w/ dry food, topped w/ treats.

 

Oreo is still active and agile but is much more lethargic now, especially when she's on her spot on the sofa. (Until she smells something minty, of course. ;)

 

Georgie is so sweet. While all the kitties become distressed if we shout or argue, Georgie in particular will come to you to see what's wrong and comfort you. <3

  

Ping is still healthy, no urinary problems in months. In fact, we think she's losing weight. =) Her vigorous "boxing" that leaves bits of foam ball everywhere probably helps. ;)

 

The kitties try to open the carrier where I locked their food away for later. XD
