R and I met up with Sara and Alex for All-You-Can-Eat Sushi dinner tonight! It was awesome to see Alex again after 7-8(?!) years. My, how time flies! And of course, it's always great to hang out with Sara when she has the time. Lots of catching up, reminiscing, and chatting with dear friends. <3
The food was very good, too! I especially liked the sweet potato tempura roll. Unfortunately, we underestimated how many pieces each vegetarian roll would be, so we ended up with a huge amount of cream cheese rolls. In the end, the good stuff, the seafood sushi and sashimi, didn't come until much later when most of us were almost full. Ah, well, lesson learned. Still, a wonderful night!
