M sent Mom this gift-wrapped Amazon package. It's the electric knife she wanted! Now she doesn't have to struggle w/ carving those huge chunks of meat she roasts.
M also sent the fruitcake Mom likes.
I made blueberry scones. Still too soft & not crunchy enough but tasty.
