Philippines Trip, Week 2

June 2: Met Ger's gf A at the historic Manila Hotel.

 Cafe (waiting for dinner time)
 
 Cafe Ilang Ilang (sat in Japan room): international cuisine dinner buffet w/ an insane amount/variety of food, Filipino, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Brazilian, Greek, American, desserts & more! (I was too embarrassed to take pictures of all the food in front of polite company. ^^;)
 
 June 4: dim-sum lunch at Edsa Shangri-La's Summer Palace Cantonese restaurant.
 Abalone sticky rice (specialty). Duck steamed bun (good but not too flavorful).
 
 Baked charcoal bun w/ seafood (specialty)
 
 Roast pork bun & sweet bbq pork bun. Steamed bun & taro cake. (good standard quality)
 
 Dessert: lemongrass jelly w/ sherbet (very refreshing & yummy)
 
 Bonus: sesame balls :)
June 5: lunch buffet at Buffet 101 (Mall of Asia). So pretty and so much delicious food, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Western (a bit salty), barbecue, grill, dessert!
Too busy eating; only got a shot of mini cakes.
June 6-7: HK street food, like roast pigeon, bok choy, buns, and my fav...
Egg tarts! :D Breakfast buffet (tasty).
